Tip for the day -- remodel AFTER leveling

We just recently came across someone who bought a foreclosure.  They knew it had problems and needed to be underpinned - leveled and stabilized, but they got half way through a lower floor/basement remodel before they called us.  NOW it's going to be much more expensive for them to underpin and level it.  Always do the leveling and foundation stabilization work first.
